Founder and Chief Executive Officer

As an entrepreneur, Ashley knows first hand the value of streamlined operations to achieve financial and career goals. She is a solutions-oriented business consultant offering a strong balance between business savvy and technical capabilities. Her professional experience encompasses over ten years in sales and marketing. Through strategic growth planning, risk assessment, and cash flow management, Ashley helps small businesses exceed their goals. To her clients, Ashley is more than just a consultant: she’s an advisor, a mentor, and a friend.

In October of 2015, Ashley followed her passion to provide back of house solutions to generate amazing results for local entrepreneurs, musicians, and artists and started Ashley Charli & Company. While earning degrees in Business Administration and Marketing from University of Maryland University College, Ashley discovered a passion for the art of business. She is a master at applying big business organizational principals and methodologies to startups and small companies. She has worked at large and small, for-profit institutions, experience that gives Ashley a unique ability to effectively manage a broad range of operational and strategic issues.

Ashley is an analytical, insightful, and highly disciplined problem solver with a proven history of success supervising, planning and managing multifaceted projects. She maximizes productivity by setting clear expectations and proactively communicating project statuses, issues, and risks to top management. Her leadership experience includes synchronizing the efforts of major initiatives involving multiple departments and groups; orienting, training, and coaching employees; planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions; and enforcing policies and procedures. She achieves operational objectives by preparing and completing action plans; and implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
